Pre-Registration Form

Pre-registration is for your convienence and to help us plan.   It is $20 (usd) per person attending or you may pay $25 per person when you arrive.

The registration code is to be supplied by you for all in your group.   You may use any code or number you want for your registration code.   This number/code will be used for your entire group.   Please write down your number/code on your check when payment is made.   Also fill out and submit the form below for each person you intend to bring to the conference.
